This full down-to-the-studs remodel in SW Raleigh Hills transformed a dated home into a warm, art-filled retreat. Working with our structural engineer and contractor, we vaulted the living room ceiling, designed a custom concrete-and-steel fireplace wall, and added a covered back patio for year-round entertaining. The kitchen was refreshed with new cabinetry, quartzite countertops, and a reworked layout that makes hosting effortless. Throughout the home, natural finishes, curated furnishings, and the client’s extensive art collection create a layered, modern-yet-comfortable aesthetic that feels connected and deeply personal.
