Kelly McDougall Design is a boutique, full-service interior design studio based in La Quinta, California, serving homeowners throughout the Coachella Valley and the Pacific Northwest.
Led by Kelly McDougall, the studio specializes in high-end residential remodels, new builds, and furnishings, with a focus on kitchens, bathrooms, and whole-home design. With a background in construction and interior design—and decades of experience, including formal training at Texas A&M—Kelly brings a practical, highly informed approach to every project.
Kelly is known for a hands-on, visual process—developing her own drawings, details, and 3D studies to help clients fully see and understand each space before it’s built. This approach supports clearer decisions and keeps projects aligned from early planning through construction.

For projects that don’t require construction, we offer furnishings and interior refresh services to thoughtfully update and elevate your home. This may include space planning, furniture and lighting selections, and layering materials and finishes to create a cohesive, finished look.
