This La Quinta home in Rancho Pointe was reimagined to better support the way the family truly lives - hosting large gatherings, welcoming visiting family, and planning thoughtfully for the years ahead. While the existing ranch-style floor plan already offered the ease of single-level living, several key spaces needed to function better for entertaining and long-term comfort.

The kitchen and adjoining living areas were updated to create a more natural flow for family get-togethers, with improved circulation, better connection between spaces, and finishes that feel warm, timeless, and ready for real use. A custom bar area adds convenience and personality, giving the home another natural place to gather when guests are over.

The most meaningful transformation took place in the primary bath, where the layout was fully reconfigured to create a safer and more comfortable experience for limited mobility. An oversized tub and raised curb shower that had become difficult to navigate were replaced with a more open, accessible design that prioritizes ease, safety, and independence without sacrificing style.

The result is a Rancho Pointe remodel that blends thoughtful function with relaxed desert style, designed for entertaining now and living well for years to come.
